Quick fixes, news, and a feature!

We've fixed the issue some people were having when logging into or registering for SS Friendship. You should now be able to log in without problems.

We are still experiencing issues with our automated PayPal payment processor, and any featured orders will still need to be manually processed. We apologize for this, and any delays that resulted from it.

With that said, let me give some news on the SS Friendship redesign. As stated in a previous post, our new design is complete. We have added numerous security features which should ensure that there will be no cheaters on our site. Anyone wishing to cheat will have to spend more time than it's worth!

One feature the new SS Friendship will have is targeted adding. You will be able to chose who you add: males or females, only people 18 to 24, or even only people from California. You will also be able to filter musicians, comedians, and so on if you would prefer not to add them.

Stay tuned, we expect to have more announcements by August, and may be ready to bring you all the new and greatly improved SS Friendship!

PayPal issues

PayPal has made some changes to their system which broke our system which automatically receives and activates subscriptions from PayPal. Because of this, we must manually enter subscriptions into our system. Please give your subscription some time to be activated.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are working on resolving it.

Updates

Hello ship mates! We have fixed the add buttons, MySpace had changed the way friend adding is done and it broke us!

There is good news about the new SS Friendship, the design is complete and things are moving along nicely. We have a surprise planned for you all on the weekend we launch, stay tuned!

You asked for it, and now it's coming!

We're in the process of completely overhauling SS Friendship so we can once again become the best MySpace friend adding website on the web. You'll see new and improved features as well as improved cheat protection (which, we believe will stop almost of all cheating). Some features we're working on have not been seen in any other friend adding website! We're keeping a tight lip in regards to these features so we'll be the only one with them.

There is no set date for when SS Friendship 2.0 will be complete, but we are working on it night and day.

We've been getting a lot of e-mails from members asking that we lower our subscription prices recently, and never being ones to deny our members, we have reduced the subscription prices by 33%! This is effective as of 2/18/08 and will be a limited time offer.

The new subscription costs are as follows:

Another bulletin fix has gone live

We have brought another bulletin fix online. Before, due to MySpace's msplinks.com system, when you would click a persons image in a SS Friendship bulletin you would be sent to MySpace.com instead of that person's profile. We have fixed this now, although for some profiles it still sends you to MySpace.com. We've done about all we can do for this issue.

If bulletins break again, please e-mail us as some of you have done, and we will try to fix it ASAP. In the mean while, feel free to send an e-mail to MySpace letting them know you aren't happy with them limiting what you can and can't do!

Bulletins fixed

Bulletins have been fixed, they should no longer be garbled. MySpace has made more restrictions on what you can and cannot post in bulletins. Bulletins may still be slightly broken due to MySpace's msplinks.com system which sometimes doesn't send you where you want to go when you click a link on MySpace.
